Most Interesting or exicting thing

I don't think there's really anything exicting thing that happen in Revolver but I think there's an interesting thing that happens in the book Revolver. When Einar Anderson died, he took off his glove because it said in the book that he laid there with one glove on. I still wonder why did Einar Anderson took off his glove? Why didn't he take off the other glove? Did the gloves help prevent frostbite? I think that some of these questions will be answered as I progress through the story.
