The story cut to different times and places throughout the book so I can't do 50 settings at a time. I can do the main setting though, or the one that appealed to me the most. Which was the setting where Sig the main character, was in the freezing woods with his dead father.  I think the setting effects my character by freezing his butt off, and he is always so cold that he could barely think of what was going on. Also in the setting of the freezing woods his dad was laying dead on the floor so that adds some sadness to the setting. And the setting is what killed Sig's father, so that really makes Sig think about the setting, and give thoughts. His thoughts were scared of the cold, and sad about his dad freezing to death.
